Therefore it is extremely important to use
top quality merchandising to reinforce the
premium service you are offering. A
wine-by-the-glass menu should be drawn up and
offered to your Guests. Visual aids like
blackboard displays should also be used to
prompt your Guests to ask for the
wine-by-the-glass menu.
Measurement
The introduction of a Quality
