Warranty Repair Procedures For South
African Customers
NOTE: Each Le Verre de Vin
is supplied with a 12 month warranty,
commencing on the date of invoice. Prior to making a warranty repair claim, please
check the age of the system against that
date.
In the event that you are unable to repair
your Le Verre de Vin system (in warranty), with
technical input from our Cape Town sales
office, please adopt the following Warranty
Repair procedures:
- Report the fault by
email or fax to Imvusa
Technologies,
(e-mail:
sales@imvusatech.co.za,
fax: 021 788 1796),
giving as much detail of the fault as
possible (including model and serial numbers,
date of purchase, etc.)
- If on receipt of a
valid Warranty
Repair claim and the
information you provide we are of the opinion
that you can repair the system on site, we
will guide you through the procedure by
telephone or email. Any parts
required will be sent to you at our
expense.
- If you and we agree
that you cannot resolve the fault on site, we
will send you a replacement system (usually
by 3 day delivery, with carriage paid by us).
On receipt of the replacement unit, you must,
within 14 days and at your expense, return
the faulty unit to our Head Office in Cape
Town. If we have not received the faulty
system within 14 days of us sending you the
replacement, the replacement system will be
charged to you at full replacement
price.
- Any additional costs
incurred by you in this process will be borne
by you.
Out-Of-Warranty Repairs For South African
Customers
The following applies to Le Verre de Vin
systems supplied in South Africa, where the
term of the warranty has expired:
If you decide that you cannot repair an
out-of-warranty system, you are invited to send
it, at your expense, to be repaired at our Cape
Town Head Office. On receipt of
the system we will assess the fault and send
you a quotation for the parts and labour
required to repair the unit. On
receipt of your written confirmation to proceed
with the repair, the work will
commence. The repaired system will
then be returned to you at your
cost. If you want us to send the
system back more quickly, this can be arranged
so long as you accept any increased
freight/insurance costs.
An
out-of-warranty Le Verre de Vin System that is repaired and
refurbished by us will be returned to you in as
close to as
new condition as possible,
and will also benefit from a 6 month warranty
(irrespective of the
system's age).
